Hoffmann + Krippner has been developing the product line of connected devices for three years. This division focuses on connected sensors, input systems and industrial electronics with cloud platforms and enterprise software. Mobile communication technology was set at an early stage as the path for data transmission – the LTE-M and NB-IoT energy-saving and data-saving options as well as LoRa (Long Range Wireless) and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) options in addition to the 2G, 3G and LTE standards.
The mobile SIM cards and devices that work in all networks throughout Europe as well as in the USA and Canada have their own H+K tariff . This can be customized according to requirements also as a one-time flat rate bundled with IoT hardware and devices.
Mobile communication technology as a transmission standard enables plug & play solutions that do not require on-site installation. In the field of cloud connectivity, H+K offers hosted Microsoft Azure Systems at Telekom in Germany. Systems such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Salesforce Heroku are available as well. A complete range of IoT devices is already available. The know-how is sourced from Helicom GmbH (in Muenster, Germany) and ROBIOTIC GmbH (Paderborn, Germany).
