SmartCall - the intelligent beverage management system
SmartCall uses modern sensor technology to determine the fill level of a glass and visualizes the information on the terminals, tablets or smartphones of the catering staff. Every guest can also contact the staff directly via the integrated service buttons.

Web application
The web application programmed by ROBIOTIC is used to transmit and analyze all fill level data – including a sophisticated IoT security concept. The devices can be freely integrated: POS system, tablet or smartphone.
Dashboard
The fill levels and jar types are displayed on a user interface in several stages – via the checkout system, tablet, smartphone, etc. An additional display with a three-color traffic light model provides an even better overview.
Platform operation
The fill level data determined by the SmartCall is transmitted to the ROBIOTIC IoT cloud via mobile radio and visualized on a dashboard. An integrated IoT security concept ensures data security and data protection.

Booking errors or even forgotten bookings, illegible lines on the beer mat? All in the past: The SmartCall beverage ordering system automatically generates the bill for each guest. Simple, digital, reliable.
